5. How much do your courses cost?
A - You can find basic price of all courses from your private study adviser or find in your course order.
1) When you select your favorite teacher, please pay attention to 'Figure of Tuition' of every teacher. Higher level teachers or teachers chosen by or more students maybe have higher 'Figure of Tuition'. For example, 'Figure of Tuition' of a teacher is 140%. The class price of this teacher is basic price * 140%. Do not worry, our system will help to calculate final price.
2) Hello! Mandarin offers 7/24 Chinese Class. The above basic prices are for class schedule on daytime (From 9:00AM - 11:00PM) Beijing time. If class time chosen by students is at midnight (From 11:00PM - 9:00AM) Beijing Time, students need to pay more. 6. Can I take class at any time and anywhere?
A - Of course yes. Hello! Mandarin offers 24/7 classes. You can decide your class schedule.
When you have no time or emergency, you can cancel or postpone your class easily in your student zone without cost.

8. How should I do if my course has expired, but I has not finished yet?
A - You can extend your course very easily in your formal student zone (not Free Trial Zone). You can decide extend the amount of weeks (Only US$1.00 for one week) or add more live classes by yourself.


9. How many classes do I have per week?
A - Our class is 1 on 1, so the schedule is flexible, you can decide class time and schedule by yourself. Generally we suggest you can join 4 classes per week.


10. How long is one class? 1 hour? 30 min?
A - 45-50 minutes. a standard class.


11. Where do I check the reviews of the teachers, made by the students?
A - When you go to Live Class channel to reserve free trial class, you need to select a favorite teacher, click 'Why select me?' button, you will see the profile of teachers. On the bottom of profile page, you can find evaluation history of every teacher. Pls attention, you need to view Open Time Map of your teacher to reserve class. And all time in the student zone is Beijing time, pls check your local time. .
