Description 1:

汉语中，形容词可以直接做谓语，句中不需要加动词“是”。如：
In Chinese, an adjective can function directlyas the predicate without the verb"是".
 
Examples 1:
你 好！
她 很累！
 
Description 2:
形容词前加上副词“不”就构成形容词谓语句的否定形式。
Such sentences are negated by adding the adverb "不" before the adjective.
 
Examples 2:
哥哥不忙！
