Cindy is determined to get in shape. She is enrolling at her
local
gym and is due to take her fitness assessment today...

Cindy: As ready as I'll ever be I suppose...I must get some new
kit
if I am going to do this as well, does my bum look big in this?

Coach: Eh?! Ha Ha! You'll be fine, it's not so bad. It's just
so I
know what areas we have to work on.

Cindy: What's first then?

Coach: The treadmill, to test your cardiovascular capacity. 5

Coach: Let's say you have your good and bad points. In terms

cardiovascular fitness you are below par for your age and weight.
By
the way you are only a little overweight for your height...but
you
could improve your lower body strength a lot.

Coach: Well here is the plan I have worked out for you. You'll
see
there is a lot of low intensity cardio work. This burns fat and
really imporves your base fitness.

Cindy: That's good! But how do I get my bum in shape?

body
work, that will tone up your thighs and buttocks nicely if you
think
they're are a problem.

the
equipment.

Coach: Ok you know all about the running machine already. But
I'll
just point out this function that allows you to alter the gradient.
If its steeper you'll work your lower body more building muscle
on
your legs and buttocks.

ups on those to firm up your abs. Also I will give you a warm
up and
down stretching routine. This is very important, to prevent injury.
