Three-shred Cold Noodles

Three-shred Cold NoodlesTaste: Sweet and spicy, the noodles taste really wonderful.

Features: Slippery and refreshing.

Ingredients:

250 grams (0.55 lb) ready made noodles

50 grams (0.11 lb) bean sprouts

50 grams (0.11 lb) green pepper shreds

50 grams (0.11 lb) carrot shreds

5 grams (1 tsp) previously heated cooking oil

5 grams (1 tsp) vinegar

5 grams (1 tsp) sesame oil

2 grams (1/2 tsp) chili oil

10 grams (2 tsp) sesame paste

1 gram (1/4 tsp) MSG

2 grams (1/3 tsp) salt

Directions:

1. Put 2500 g (5 cups) of water in the pot and bring it to a boil. Put in the noodles an dboil for 6 to 10 minutes. Bring them out and drain off the water.Put the noodles in a salad bowl and spread them out to cool off. Then add thepreviously heated cooking oil and mix well with the noodles.

2. Put 1000 g (2 cups) of water in a pot and when the water boils, put in hte bean sprouts and shredded green pepper and carrots. Quickly take them out, drain off the water and cool off.

3. Put the noodles in a plate, spread the three kinds of vegetables, sprinkle the sesame oil, vinegar, MSG, salt and chili oil and mix. Now serve.
