Drunken Fresh Prawns

Drunken Fresh PrawnsTaste: Tender and delicious.

Features: Very fresh.

Ingredients:

500 grams (1.1 lb) live prawns

50 grams (3 tbsp) strong liquor

100 grams (6 tbsp) red wine

10 grams (2 tsp) vinegar

10 grams (1/3 oz) finely cut scallions

5 grams (1/6 oz) chopped ginger

20 grams (1 1/2 tbsp) soy sauce

5 grams (5/6 tsp) salt

10 grams (2 tsp) orange juice

Directions:

1. Wash the prawns clean and place them in a container.

2. Add the vinegar, salt scallion, ginger, soy sauce, red wine, liquor and orange juice.

3. Shake well and put them aside for some moments before bringing them out on a plate to serve.
