Bean paste cakeBean paste cake is named after its bean paste filling. It is also named “Ha Ma Tu Mi”, meaning a frog with its mouth overflowing with honey (honey representing the abundant bean filling in the cake).
With sesame sprinkled all over the cake, it smells good, tastes sweet and has a soft texture.
You can find it in Longfusi Snack Bar, which is situated in Lungfusi Fore Street, Dongcheng District.
