从这里再往北就是扬州了。

都要经过这东关古渡。

南北客商都是在这里登船靠岸的，

Traveling businessmen all docked here.

所以这里曾经是扬州最繁华的地方了。

So this used to be the most prosperous

place in Yangzhou.

大牛：哦，那我倒想问了，

运河这么繁忙，它都运一些什么呢？

韩佳：运河主要是把南方的米运到北方去，
