feed ourselves.”
是啊 今年的收成这么少
“Yes, the yield of this year
was so bad.
哪儿有钱去缴税啊
How can we have the money to
pay the taxes?”
这时许逊恰好路过
Then Xu Xun happens to pass by.
看到大家在发愁就说
Seeing them all worried, he says:
大家不要着急
“Don’t worry.
我知道今年收成不好
I know you’ve had bad crops
this year.
大家都有困难
And you all have difficulties.
这样吧 你们去挑一些石头过来
I’ve got an idea. Please bring
some stones here
