小薇：哇，强史都华本人看起来更可爱。
崔佛：但他看起来有点矮，不是吗？
小薇：我不喜欢他们举牌告诉我们何时该大笑的作法。
崔佛：我也不喜欢。但至少这个节目不会像情境喜剧那样放罐头笑声。
小薇：若我们在不该笑的时候笑会怎样？
崔佛：看着，我要试试。（歇斯底里地大笑；大家回头瞪他）

Wei: Wow, Jon Stewart looks even cuter in person.
Trev: But he looks kind of short, no?
Wei: I don’t like how they have these big signs telling us when to laugh or not.
Trev: Me neither. But at least the show doesn’t put on laugh tracks like a sitcom would.
Wei: What would happen if we started laughing at the wrong times?
Trev: Here, I’ll try it now. [laughs hysterically; people turn around and stare at him]
Wei: Good work, Trev. At this rate, we might get thrown out of the theater.
