The next morning; waiting for breakfast
Gabe: You were right. I slept like a baby.
Dan: Glad to hear it. Now you and your big brother can try some special Japanese breakfast food.
Gabe: Don’t tell me I’m supposed to eat sushi first thing in the morning.
Dan: No, but miso soup and pickles will help you start your day just fine.
Gabe: I guess I should try everything at least once.
Dan: [The food comes] That’s the spirit! Then you’ll be eating this raw egg, too, right?
Gabe: I guess I’ll be eating that, along with my words.
