马文：有些会，不过我不觉得像这边这么普遍。而且我们都是圣诞节那时领，不是农历新年。
梅洛：当然。你来自哪一州？我听说要是你住在阿拉斯加，每年都可以领一千美元。
马文：那一定是因为他们有很多石油收入。我来自宾州，所以我不知道。
梅洛：我们公司经营这么差，也许我们全都该搬去北极算了。

Marvin: Some do, but I don’t think it’s as common as it is here. And we get them around Christmas, not Chinese New Year.
Merle: Of course. Which state are you from? I heard that if you live in Alaska, you get a thousand dollars every year.
Marvin: That must be because they have so much oil money. I’m from Pennsylvania, so I wouldn’t know.
Merle: With my company doing badly, maybe we should all just move to the North Pole.
